Hi Admin,

We have accidentally been verified by somrone who we have never met, she has however met one of our actual verifications so i think thats where shes gone wrong, can we get it removed from our verifications?

Use the contact button at the bottom of the page and tell them what the problem is, only admin can remove veris.

It's a right pain.... the contact thing doesn't really cover an unwanted veri. ....

You did use the contact button and then under the list of choices there is a contact us directly in grey, hit that then there is a box to type your message and a tick box which says for site owners.

Well I have now messaged twice and have had no reply!!

I have been a moderator for two very large forums before and we always had a SLA of 24 hours to respond to a problem! Either you don't have enough moderators or my issue isn't a problem for anyone but us.....
