We have tried to renew our membership by txt as we have done on several occasions in the past but it doesnt want to work. We dont get charged but we dont get code either...can any one help?

Have tried several times on diferent days

Your network provider may have blocked access to premium services (Orange did that with mine).

If they have, you need to call them up and ask them to allow the premium services on your mobile, you don't need to tell them it is for this site or any other site and they shouldn't ask anyway.

yes i had that trouble, ask your network to unblock premium numbers x

Rang Virgin and they couldnt see a problem but still no luck so used landline instead
