Just a point... I have message filters up to stop single men messaging me, and they are definitely up, yet I still get some messages from single men. And no, I haven't messaged them in the past, nor have I winked them & they're not on my friends list either.

Not sure why. I juse tried a test message and it wouldn't let me.

Are you sure the guys haven't set up a couples profile?

It was a single male profile that messaged me...

We noticed that our message filters didn't seem to be working either, then we found that they act in a singular manner and any one of them "passed" overrides all the others.

For examples ours is no newbies, no profiles without public pix, they must be verified and they must be site supporters . . .

. . . and we get messages from anonymous guys with a blank profile? That shouldn't happen, should it?

Then you see that the one and only thing they've done is pay the small amount of money to be "a site supporter". Ticking only one of four option then seems to override the rest!

Check to see if the same has happened to you? Another loop hole? Your options relating to message filters should be cumulative, not singular!

No, they're cumulative not singular.

The pic one is easily bypassed unfortunately since someone can set a pic public, send email and hide again.

Given that what you say is happening is that some solo guys are both deliberately getting around filters and then hiding . . . surely that isn't the sort of member you want on your site? It certainly isn't the sort of member that will make others feel that yours is a great site?

BTW, it is a great site.
