I have tried to verify someone who has already verified me, I have typed the verification and clicked verify and get a message to say it has been saved but it does not appear on their profile can anyone tell me why ?

The person has to actually click to show it on their profile

Or comes under something else they've filtered out. I had a couple struggle to leave me a veri as I have blocked couples from messaging me.
