username change unblocks?

Someone i had blocked has changed there username and is now not blocked.

How and why is this possible? I havent unblocked by mistake either.

Yes i know i can just reblock them, ive already done this but im confused how its happened.

I'm not sure why that would happen but if you use the contact link at the bottom of the page then Admin may be able to tell you. Might just be a glitch in the system as I don't really think people should be able to get round blocks that way. Sorry, I'm not much help but Admin will know.

they left the site and re-joined under another name

This has happened to me numerous times... its nothing to do with being unblocked..its just people being bloody sneaky.. theyve even had the same pics and expected me not to notice. sending messages like its thier first contact!! jeeez!!! weirdos!
