Have forum rules changed?

Just wondering if they have changed recently as the link to the rules doesn't work on my phone and as far as I'm aware (given the fact I got a warning messages no timeout for it) publishing the content of private messages was against the rules, so had that changed please?

You're welcome and I'm reading that thread with interest! The actual wording says its not allowed however "idiotic/funny" they are
