delete messages

i am having trouble deleting my messages from both my sent and recieved mail box. can anyone help.

There should be a tick box beside all sent and received messages - tick all the messages that you want to delete then ok the action pop up - I get the feeling that answer is too obvious lol

Are you missing the (del)box at the top of the page?

This is a very strange one,..we have no idea why you cant delete.

all we can suggest is you use the contact button at the bottom of the page and report it to the top
