Getting logged out?

Any one know any issues with getting logged off after a few minutes?

Doesn't happen all the time but it's the third time this week I've been logged out after about 5-10mins.

No problems logging back in but it's a pain.

(Happened on my laptop and phone so can't be a connection fault- different networks)
