How do you delete /manage verifications on an Android device?

Go to Account then click on Manage Verifications

I'm gonna assume that you mean the mobile fab site.

Home page top of screen - account, 3rd down on the left - Manage Verifications.

You can't delete veris but you can choose which you want to make public. If you wish to stop a veri you have left someone else being shown then you have to block them

I'd done that but thought I could delete them too.

You can hide verifications but you can't delete them.

Just a curious question but why can't we delete verifications of our profile if we want to without the need to block someone?
