i would like to know if you need to be a site supporter to be able to remove photos from an already sent message. It seems to give the option to remove but when you try you get the supporting site bit. I can't tell if it removed pics or not.

Yes you do need to be a site supporter and check the box before you send the message

The check box is to automatically remove the pics once it's been read, if you don't tick the box you can go into the sent message and manually remove them

but you do need to be a site supporter.

The easiest way is to just delete that pic from your gallery, this wipes it from the message you attached it to......then upload it again if you want it back

I wonder if you know that option doesn't really mean an awful lot your pics can be downloaded straight to phone

It doesn't remove straight away. I contacted admin because I noticed my face pic still attached even though the message had been read. It comes off after 24 hrs. I can't remember the reason they gave but I did have a little moan about it. It's supposed to give us extra privacy!
