Why when we ban another member does the ban disappear next time they or we re enter old or new chat ?????????????????

Sounds like a bug possibly we will look into it. If you check your block list after blocking in chat you will see if the block has, as it should, been added there.

Give up now Its happening in old chat now as well Block someone n 10 mins later they sign back in n unblocked AGAIN
