How to pay membership living abroad

we live now in Mallorca Spain with Spanish phone number,can we pay a membership and be sure it will work?

Wich is the best way to do it please?

I assume that the card and paypal options would work just the same way as they do for any online stuff no matter where you are in the world.

I think it would just be the phone payment options that would cause you a problem
