Favourites folder when attach picture to message

A new favourites folder has appeared when you attach a picture to a message.

My question is how do you put pictures into this new favourites folder.

Admin could you please give a walkthrough.

Upload a photo, then once you have written your mail scroll down a bit to click on which photo to attach
