How do I save messages? In the left hand column I see I can have saved messages but I have no idea how to do that. Please help.

When you open the message there are options underneath it to delete, reply etc and theres an option also to save.

Once you have saved it if you click on the saved messages link on the blue menu on the left the message will be there.

Is that what you mean?
