You Dont Need to Know, right now

You can't do this yourself. However you can ask the site owners from the Contact button at the bottom of the page, but they might advise you to start a new couples profile.

I'm also looking to change my profile to a couples profile as have met someone but we want to carry on the fun. I just can't find where to contact the people who run site

On mobile the word contact is still at the bottom of the page even if it isn't in a blue trip.
