Guessing you found it

Those instructions are for the desktop

As Admin pointed out to me there are a lot of people using phones and because I am an old fogey and like my huge screen I keep forgetting the instructions for the mobile version... so Account/ scroll to fifth one down on the right hand side if you are on your phone.
