i ran out messages so got photo verified to increase my message quota. BUT i still cnt message when will i get more messages?

It usually resets after 24hrs or so depending on various factors.

It might be worth re-considering your messaging strategy if you run out, because it generally it only affects people who copy+paste the same message to hundreds of contacts (not saying that's the case here)*.

Varies depending on which user, what they're trying to do or have been doing.

It's very rare genuine users sending genuine one to one messages encouter it.

It's part of a package of anti-spam measures we have in place.
