Issues changing personal details.

I'm trying to change my postcode but it won't save. it's saying I must input it a certain way. . . . . I'm doing as it says but it still ain't working!

Any help appreciated.

I only have the first half of my post code on my account details. PR6 is mine and not the full postcode and this works and has been saved. Hope this helps?
