How to find my password

i am logged in on my pc but unable to log in on my phone or any other device as i have forgot my password, and have forgot which email i registered with...i have a feeling its an old one i no longer use.

can anyone help me please? admin?

If you're able to login on here and post in the Forum surely whilst your logged in go to settings and change your password! !

i did try to change it, however it requires me to put in my old one first, and i dont know it.
