unable to open messages

Can someone please enable my account to open messages please I have 6 unread and when I click on them, nothing opens, I can get on the senders profile and all other bits seem in working order just cant open messages Thanks (asap would be good!!)

Delete temp internet files, reboot

If that fails try another browser

Hi _utumn, I wonder are you axs Fab from a mobile device ? I have a iPhone and I disable'd "javascript" from my settings and I suffered the same symptoms i.e can see the msg but cannot open it. But can view the sender an infact all other parts of the website fine. Just couldn't read any mail. Enabled "JavaScript" and was able to read msg fine. Hope this helps

feel silly now it is my pc that's throwing a wobbly!! have managed to access on my sons laptop (mustn't forget to clear history!!)

It is something to do with Java but have to wait for someone to show me what to do!!!
