chat room cameras...

In the old style chat room my cam worked fine, however in the new ones it doesnt appear at all.

i have followed all the help steps and installed the latest flash player, and can view my preview in the camera settings box, But still it wont appear in the chat room.

anyone got any ideas?

I asked admin the same question, I was using IE 7 on my works lappy at the time, so if your using IE7 then either upgrade to IE 8 or use Google Chrome or maybe Safari.

got the same prob. In old chat cam worked fine bit new chat cant get cam to work . followed all help but still no good.HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Windows 7 and chep trust webcam from asda. works ok in msn

In which case while the trust site may not have updates check for other camera manufacturers.

Trust kit is usually generic, so inside the windows driver pages it will list a hardware ID that can find you updated drivers sometimes.

Have you tried a different browser? And ensuring the flash version is up to date?
