single to couple

any way of changing a single profile to a couple? we were on as a couple before, but then somehow it got turned into a single male account (may have been me by mistake), but is there any way to put it back to a couple account?

In these circumstances it would be advised to just set up a couple profile.

One assumes that any verification you have would be as a male and so therefore would be deceitful to pass as a verified profile when its only one*of you thats verified.

Once your new profile is up, then BOTH go on cam and ask someone that you have cammed with to verify they have seen you both etc.

(*as your verification is hidden, cant see if its a veri as a couple, or as a male, so assume its just as a male)

If you want to change your account to a couple we highly recommend you create a new couples account. Just logout and register an account as a couple with a different email address.

We can't change your current account because you have verifications / photo-verification and these apply to you as a single guy, not as a couple.

okay thanks, i didnt evern realise our/my profile was hidden ! The verifications came when we were on as a couple. so bit odd, not sure what happened to turn it into single.

Oh well, i'll create another account.
