It shows I have an unread message, but not showing in yellow and can't see it. How do I get rid of it. Could I have deleted it without reading? Is that why it is showing. Can anyone help

Delete some read messages and you'll probably find that it appears.

Thanks for advise, I did try that and re logging in, but unfortunately didn't help any other ideas
