Blocked from sending messages for no reason?

Typed a particularly long message and when I hit send, it said I'd put in a web address and to go back and remove it. I hadn't, but I went back and edited out a / and a ... And anything that could have looked like a URl...tried to send again and it said I'm blocked from sending messages for a few hours. I wouldn't mind if I'd actually tried to send a web address but I didn't! ....can I get the block taken off? Or do I just have to wait?

Contact admin using the link at the bottom of the page. This sometimes happens in error and they'll remove it soon as they can.

Probably have to wait. Admin will look at it but it may take time....ban will be lifted by then...?

Mmm....will just wait, thanks for replies both. frustrating though! I'd understand if I'd tried to get around the system or actually broken the rules but there was nothing in it that was even close to a URL or spam content.

Try sending a message now and you'll get a page telling you how long before you can send again.
