account changed from couple to single male without telling us!

Hello,

Can someone help me out? Our couples profile has been changed from a couple to single male without being told first time I knew was when I logged in this afternoon.

My partner is away travelling so I'm using it on my own until she gets back in a couple of months we do have verifications as a couple.

She still has access to the account I don't see why it should be changed to single male?

It is probably because of that reason, you are playing alone.

For things like this use the CONTACT button and ask Admin to review for you.
