does anyone know how to remove the saved "suggestions" i.e. previous status entries from the drop down list when you go to udate - ours is very full and we'd like to reduce or even clear it completely. Thanks

Clear your browsing history, and make sure 'clear autofill' is ticked

Thanks for that - SORTED I can delete single entries by hightlighting and then pressing shift + delete keys - pretty obvious really - silly me. LOL
