Profile Gender - with opposite photos

Can a single male profile include photos of a female without anyone else present? I've just received a message from a guy who included private pictures of a naked women alone. Is this allowed?

I don't want to get into the TS/TV debate. This was very clearly a male profile with very obvious female pictures.

Account holder must be in photo:

The photos must be yours and you must be in the photos. You must be in any photo you upload. This means that photos of your bike/car/dildo collection for example, will be rejected unless you are in the photo too.

If you report the profile/image we'll take a look
