if someone has been permanent blocked from your profile

Can they still search the threads you posted and posted on?

They can read your forum posts. I don't know if they can use your green arrow to see all your posts.

Yes they can use the green arrow. Anything you write in the forum is public and is visible to every site user both registered (with a profile) and not (just looking). Blocks don't stop people being able to see posts.

But you aren't allowed to use the forums to try to get around a block. If anyone tries it's against site rules and is reportable.
