Suspended account

Hey,

I set a couples profile up the other day, got a verification from someone we met with and have both been using the account since. I've just tried to log on and can't get past the photo verification page.. I thought this was optional? Looking at it from this account is saying it has been suspended.. why would it be suspended because we've not photo verified? Hoping someone can help shed some light
