Block list problem

My block list has added two couples who I've not blocked. I've never tried to make contact with them, and have had no reason to block them. I've released the blocks but can anyone tell me why this could have happened?

Is there a way for me to see a list of people who have blocked me...or do I have to wait until I try to make contact with them?

Has happened to me as well, people being removed or added to my list. Guessing it's a glitch, maybe happens when there's a lot of people on here?
