Photos to rude?

I've had some photos removed from my album after they were authorised by an admin over 3 month ago.., heading being to rude for the site..

What I can figure out is why are they to rude?

There's photos on members profiles of anal, watersports/squirting, facials etc, so why after 3 month have photos of fisting been removed from my profile?

Fisting pics are not allowed on the site. Your pics must have been approved in error and now rejected after being reported.
