Posting pic with partner.

If i want to upload a pic of a guy i see that's basically just him with a small part of me in it, do i need to get written permission from him to show you?

You can upload the pic as long as his face isn't visible and you are in the pic too

So basically no permission is needed to put up a pic of another person. He can be completely naked and recognisable to someone else who's seen him naked, just so long as his face isn't seen? And the same can be done for anyone on here. That's scary. Thanks for the answer!

Admin assume you have permission as they ask you to on the pic rules.

Others in your photo OK so long as faces are obscured and you have permission. You can have other people in your photos too (to clarify, you must also be in the photo) so long as you have their permission to upload to your account on here AND their faces are obscured (face pixellated or blacked out; just blacking out the eyes is NOT ok).

No i get it but how do YOU know that I have permission from the other person? Which was kinda the point of my original question. So you just assume i have the persons permission?

I don't personally no......but Admin assume you have permission yes.

If you don't then I am sure the person would report it?

So admins assume that EVERYONE on the planet at some point has a fab account and that they go through every pic on the site to see if they're in a pic? Not exactly practical.

That's no problem and i did say thanks for the reply! I just think people should know that no-one needs permission to post pics of other people here. Although this site is i think the only site that allows pics of anyone other than the profile owner, it doesn't actually put in place other rules to keep non members from being shown completely naked on profiles they have no idea exist. Good to know! Thanks again!

I know of several adult sites where there is no requirement for the profile owner to be in the pic at all - they can post absolutely any pic that they want to and you see male profiles with hundreds of pics of naked women, including face pics

That's a shame. Just because a thing can be done, doesn't mean it should be done. There's a profile i see here that has no verifications but every pic has a fully naked woman with most of her face showing. It makes me sad that she's walking around not knowing that some guy she slept with has posted pics of her naked during sex for everyone to see.
