we have 2 profiles my single and our couples...is it possible to open both at the same time on the one computer..

I have 2 profiles, this and my couples, if I open fab in another tab to use the other profile this one will log out.

Yes it is, if you use google for one and the google incognito for the other

Yes have one logged on the desktop version and log into the other as the mobile web app version.

Create a new account, using a different email address. The "Contact" link is at the bottom of the page.

to contact admin, at the very bottom of the page it says CONTACT click on the.

To start a new profile, is just the same as starting the one you have, but you need a different email address
