Hi all

I have just bought a new laptop and can access my fab account on IE, but i am used to firefox and the site loads on firefox, but will not recognise my username and password, has any one elseexperiened this

please help

Sounds like a cookie problem check it can accept cookies

your using firefox,right,youl have to go to security settings for firefox and enter fab as an accepted site

could you explain that in a bit more detail please

is it tools / options / security ?

were ok on fab but firefox stops msn signing in on auto , and you can only read hotmail msgs on IE

There's an 'IE' add on tab for FIREFOX.

Go to add in's try adding that, I use VISTA, but encountered simular problems, that might help.

While talking browsers, I have recently started using Safari on my PC.... I used to use google... but really liking Safari!

Hi, I think the 'IE' tab may resolve your problem, but on your MSN settings you need to select 'Automatically sign in to Mail' it's in options....

I've always used firefox to access this site, and never had to add it anywhere, or get it accepted or anything.

Works fine for me!!!
