Reporting someone

How do you report someone that's blocked you ? I've looked at the bottom of the screen but when you click on the link it says to report a user click block user and go from there. However I can't see the profile to do this . Which link should I click on instead ?

On 'your account', go to your block list.

Pick name. It will say 'you can't view user', but there will be a button for 'report user'.

If you're on a mobile it's on the last pull-down menu on the rhs, at the bottom of the list that pops up.

Yeah I tried that but they have blocked us. They don't come up on anything

when u do a search for them and it comes up you have blocked user or they have blocked you etc., there to the left there is a link to report user

Have you looked at their profile previously? (How do you know they blocked you?) If so, how about your internet history?

(Fraid I'm clutching at straws now!)

But I'm pretty sure you'll struggle to block someone if you don't know their username.

If you know they have blocked you then I am assuming you are on the page that says "This profile is not available for you to view!

This can be one of three things: User's account is suspended by admin, user has blocked you or you have blocked user."

To the left of that writing their is a blue menu that should have a private note and report button.

Their name doesn't come up when we search, because they have blocked us.

Even though they have blocked you, you should still be able to access what is left of their page (assuming you know their name), when you're on that page the Report User button is on the left.

"Reply privately" button on any forum post they have made would also bring up that page. (Which is why I was hinting at that one, in addition to simply typing their username in manually)

But if someone is simply out to cause trouble, you always have others to watch your back.

There is another way, if you know the exact username , click on your own profile, and in the url change the username at the end and it will go to the persons profile.
