Can't post in forum

My friend has had an account for 8 months. Site supporter, email and photo verified. She can't post on forums or do club reviews. Any idea why?

When she posts on the forum, she can review it then it just vanishes.

She needs to contact admin and ask them why,she may have had a previous ban
