a wink is a quick way of saying hi, you may not be online so the chances of you reading a message (considering you all get far too much mail to be fckn arsed reading the fckrs anyway!) if its number 89 on your message board!

why do you women want more and more rule changes? Dnt like winks?

Don't fucking look then!!!! better still block the guy who probably has wrote a great fucking introduction but as he got NO reply decided to try a wink! OR now here sit down for this bit..

I don't think it's ranting to ask to have the option to turn them off

If a person doesn't look at them surely it saves someone time in sending them.

No you can't turn off winks, but if you don't delete them they can't re-send another for about a month. Or do as I do, just ignore them.

I agree, I would like the ability to turn off winks. My profile says that I don't look at them (so peeps should know that they're wasting their time), but it would be good if the site could REMIND them that they're wasting their time

Agree, most winks seem to be sent from people that don't match profile specs, it is pointless waste of time, messages are far more effective
