From what's been said on other threads, although Admin have never published the limit, it's been suggested you'd have to be sending 100s to hit the limit

when i first joined we did have a limit as i was answering so many the first two days I couldnt mail anyone after not sure if it was a 100 or 200 within a 24 hour timescale, but that was with previous owners so may have changed now xx

They may have read them then marked them as unread again for all you know.

You'd be less frustrated if you only concentrated on the mail you do get replies from and not the mail you send out and get nothing back from

Really, that long??! I assume people don't want to meet if we haven't met for a social within a few weeks and move on. As for the message limit, not sure what it is but I used to reach it regularly chatting to guys before I upgraded to silver membership. I've never run out of messages as a site supporter but tend to give my number for further correspondence if interested in arranging a meet.
