At the end of last year I was kicked out of chat completely so I left it and thought maybe I got banned but I have tried getting into chat 3 months later and it says I am not currently ok to chat can someone help me please as. It sure what is happening

Sounds like it might be a permanent ban but youd have to check with Admin as they are the only people that would know. You can use the CONTACT link at the bottom of any page.
