Phone icon on profile

This is obviously a good thing to have, to show you can be contacted any time so I have logged on with my smartphone but the phone icon is not showing on my profile on my desktop computer. I have set the location to 'on'. Do I have to download an app or something?

The phone icon shows you are accessing the site via a mobile. So if you are accessing via your laptop or computer it won't show a phone icon.
