Charged without asking

I was charged for allegedly upgrading when I did not, how do I get a refund?

You cant possibly be charged unless you send for a text / call a number or pay by Credit card or Paypal.

If you did none of these then I suggest you report a fraud.

Do you bill/text each month automatically?

NO, it's a one off. If you want to renew it's up to you we'll remind you on the site and you can text in again if you choose. We think so-called "recurring billing" is sneaky and we'll never do it.
