Who are they and why do they shud down threads? New to forum and just had a thread I started closed and I'm not sure what I Did wrong

Admin want people to report abusive messages to them in private rather to discuss them in the forums so that can deal with them appropriately, so thats why they have instructed the forum mods to close those sorts of threads - and thats why I closed your thread
