TEXT UPGRADE ISSUE

I'm with Giffgaff and having problems upgrading by text. I've enabled adult content but my texts to your number are "not delivered" and I get a "message Send Failure" notice. Can anyone help?

I'm not on iPhone but I had to change settings to allow premium rate message
