able to see forum posts of users I've blocked

No, otherwise forum threads would make no sense at all. Also if anyone quoted you who you haven't blocked, they'd still see them.

Anyone who uses the forums to get round a block will get the Mods all cross, otherwise you just have to tolerate them.

Blocking is designed to stop contact between profiles - not to prevent posts on an open forum.

As has been said if someone is specifically trying to circumvent a block via a forum thread then report it. Otherwise it's easy to simply ignore them - although their opinion is as valid on a forum subject as anyone elses.

Why would you want to do that? If they were that bothered they could just open a new profile and look at your profile/ posts etc anyway.

But it wouldn't make it better,it would make the forums worse.just ignore those you have blocked and should they try to make contact via the forums,report.

i had same problem dor a while due to blocking a lad

but soon as it was seen that it was his way of getting round my block and pestering me .

it was quickly delt with by a forum mod so its all good

no im just invisable to him

so dont panic if they do come on annoying you here its quickly delt with
