When users close their account, they need to give a reason, which will be displayed on their deleted profile, IE

User "123" no longer exists

Reason for removal - Banned , No longer wish to be a member, change of mind, etc.

that way us users will know why the user has left the site, and if to avoid if seeing sign up agian

But if they delete the account what would Admin attach the note to?

This could be a part of the feature, when deleting a account it gives you a reason of delete , ideal for Admin team to know.
