Can anyone tell me the cost of the call when renewing their membership by phone when calling from a mobile,

Don't do it each network charge varies use text or card or call from bt landline

I usually pay by txt but for some reason the txt wont send , not sure if its because my membetship ran out yesterday and you csnt use this method of payment when this has happened

Did you text the correct word (SWING) to the correct number (89933)?

Do you have sufficient credit? You need enough credit to send a normal text and for the £5 charge.

Do you have signal?

Is your phone registered to an adult aged 18+ and is it verified as such and set to receive adult content? You can check this by calling your mobile phone network support and asking if your phone can receive premium adult content.

Are you with EE? if so check the adult content is allowed.( for some reason a block sometimes goes back on with EE even it has been lifted previously )

If it was you wouldn't be getting your text back and there would be more than you starting a thread on it.

When a text gets bounced back at me it is normally for not much signal.

It will be a problem at fabs end it happened to us I kept trying to txt then all of a sudden I had about 140 days membership and as I was on payg it wipe out £15 of my credit
