This is not a problem I am experiencing myself but I am asking for a friend. He has been able to log in, however he cannot send messages, his message boxes have been cleared, when he tires to use the chat feature he gets a message that says "you are not currently ok to chat" and when I search for his user name it comes up with nothing! Does this sound like he has been reported and banned and if so how long does this last?! TIA

It sounds like he could be disabled. Unless it is a mistake then it is normally permanent.

If you send the name though the CONTACT button Admin will probably check it out, but as it isn't your profile? then they wont give you feedback .
