Can anyone help please? I want to cover tatoos or blank out faces etc on my pictures, How do I do this?

If you use Windows on your computer, you should have a program called 'PAINT' you just select a brush and colour and paint over faces or tattoos etc..very easy to use, you can also use this to re-size images should they be to large to upload

I just tried to use the paint program but I cant get it to paint on the picture???
