i cant change the avatar pic nor upload new pics it says to let you know that the Error was on 19/01/2015 at 20:25:41

good morning both , after looking at your profile - have you tried moving one or two of your friend only pics into public then from the public pics you may be able to select a profile pic ( avatar ) - just a suggestion
