A group profile.

Bit of a tricky one. At the moment we consist of three women and a guy. Yet we all want to share one profile.

As far as I'm aware there's no option for a group profile and an MF profile does not seem to cover it.

Any suggestions?

As you say that is the only option at the moment. Maybe just make it clear on the profile who is involved
